Service
TC Capital Research provides business and competitive research based primarily on publicly available information and client-approved inputs. The standard pilot also includes one private 20-minute founder-led strategy call to review the report and prioritize next actions. The exact geography, research question, competitors, deliverables, price and delivery date must be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Pilot price and payment
The standard pilot price displayed on the website is CAD $269 unless a different scope is agreed in writing. No payment is collected through the initial request form. Payment instructions are provided only after the scope is accepted.
Research limitations
Public information can be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate or unavailable. Inferred pricing, demand, positioning and performance are labelled as inference and are not represented as verified private facts. TC Capital may decline a project when available evidence is insufficient.
No guaranteed outcome
The service does not guarantee revenue, leads, rankings, market share, profit, savings or any other commercial result. Business decisions remain the client’s responsibility.
Not professional advice
Reports do not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, engineering, medical or other regulated professional advice.
Client responsibilities
The client must provide accurate scope information, review assumptions, avoid supplying confidential information without authorization and obtain any professional advice required for implementation.
Delivery and revisions
The target delivery window begins after scope confirmation and payment. One reasonable clarification round is included. New markets, additional competitors or materially different questions may require a new scope.
Cancellation and refunds
Before research begins, a paid project may be cancelled for a refund less any non-refundable processing cost where permitted. After substantive research begins, refunds are not automatic and will depend on work completed and the agreed scope.
Intellectual property and use
Upon full payment, the client may use the final report internally for its business. TC Capital retains its underlying methods, templates and general know-how. The client may not resell or republish the report as a competing product without written permission.
