Information collected

When you request a pilot report, TC Capital Research may collect your name, business email, business name, website, industry, service area, research question, referral information and related correspondence.

How information is used

The information is used to review your request, define a possible research scope, communicate with you, prevent abuse, improve the pilot service and maintain business records.

Storage and service providers

Website submissions may be processed and stored using Cloudflare services. Email and payment information, if used later, may be processed by the relevant email and payment providers. TC Capital Research does not request payment details through the pilot request form.

Retention

Lead and client records are retained only as long as reasonably required for the pilot, business records, dispute prevention and applicable legal obligations. Unqualified requests may be deleted periodically.

Sharing

Information is not sold. It may be shared with service providers that support hosting, email, payments or document delivery, or where disclosure is required by law.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of your information, subject to applicable requirements and legitimate recordkeeping needs, by emailing admin@tc-capital.ca.

Security

Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
